Commercial Opportunities & Economic Development
Keystone Airpark's commerce park area is the ideal inland site for aviation and non-aviation type businesses desiring to relocate or begin a new venture.
The Keystone Airport has several hundred acres zoned industrial or A2 and is ideal for start up businesses. Depending on a company's requirements, real estate parcels can be modified to fit the specific development.
The areas that are contiguous with taxiways/runways must be developed for aeronautical uses and the remaining acreage being ideal for light manufacturing.
Parcels of land located in both Clay and Bradford Counties are available for 15 to 25 year leases. Possible uses in the Bradford County portions include light manufacturing, other uses depend on zoning. The Bradford portion qualifies as a Rural Economic Development Initiative (REDI) county.
Complimenting our location is the Airpark's access to major State Roads (21 & 100) nearby U.S. Highway 301 and Interstates that facilitate transportation of goods and services.
Given the size of a business development and the number of potential jobs created, the Authority can assist in securing grants to offset some startup costs.
In addition to land there are two (2) existing buildings for lease; a 17,500 sq. ft. building for aeronautical use and an 11,000 sq. ft. building for industrial use. Please contact the FBO (352-473-0031) for more information or to set up a meeting for reviewing potential business development.
We look forward to assisting you with implementing your business model at the Keystone Airpark's Commerce Park.
