The airport facility has three runways:
Runway 4-22 is 5,044 feet X 100 feet
Runway 10-28 is 4,899 feet X 75 feet
Runway 16-34 is not presently in use.

The Airpark comprises 2,505+ acres. On-site land use is intended to provide broad guidance as follows:
 Aviation Commercial/Operating Area - 691 Acres
 Aviation Commercial/Select Industrial Area - 23 Acres
 Industrial Park Area - 297 Acres
 Natural Park Area - 241 Acres
 Timber/Wildlife Area - 1,253 Acres

Hangars
Two Large commercial aviation hangars house aircraft maintenance and repair businesses. A large commercial hangar is used for bulk storage of aircraft. Rates for bulk storage is a monthly rental of:
Single engine $150.00 plus tax
Small Multi-engine (ex. Piper Aztec) $250.00 plus tax
Large Multi-engine $350.00 plus tax
Thirty "T" hangars (currently all rented) and one privately-owned small hangar are present.
We are constructing 10/20 additional hangars within the year. We are accepting names for a T-Hangar & Corporate Hangar waiting list. Prices will range from $250T-Hangar & $800.00Corporate Hangar.

Fuel 100LL
Self-Service 100LL fuel is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most major credit cards are accepted. Jet A is available by appointment. Please contact the Airpark Office prior to flying in so we can be sure to have an attendant on duty to fuel your aircraft.

Miscellanous
The Airpark Authority leases a large amount of wild life area to a Sportsman's Club. The Airpark Master Plan has designated areas for corporate leasing, with access to the taxiways and a large area for an Industrial Park.
These areas are of primary concern to the Authority, and are choice areas for clean, light commercial and industrial development for Clay and Bradford Counties.
